The programme includes:

  • a 90-minute owner discovery and programme setup session
  • three two-hour group sessions
  • three 60-minute one-to-one coaching sessions with the owner
  • participation for up to three key people alongside the owner
  • light customisation around the business’s real situations and priorities
  • practical tools and between-session actions
  • brief check-ins and support between sessions
  • a 90-day Better Ways of Working Plan
  • a 90-minute final review with the owner and key people

The group sessions create shared understanding and stronger ways of working across the people helping lead the business.

The owner coaching provides space to work through real challenges, make decisions, and lead the changes needed to support the group’s progress.
